- ONE OF THE OLDEST CULTIVATED GRAINS — Foxtail Millet (Thinai / Kangni) has been grown in India for over 8,000 years. It was cultivated in ancient China before rice. Our grain is soaked, sun-dried and roasted for the authentic texture Dadi always used.
